History

The company was founded in 1940 by Otello Cremasco. During the Second World War, Otello Cremasco first opened a little store mainly selling various textiles and socks in Verona and Milan. In order to transport all his goods, he used a small cart attached to his old bicycle.
After many years of hard work and thanks to the support of his wife and two kids, he succeeded in his job and during the the post - war- period he opened a small wholesale situated in Via Colombo, in the historical centre of Verona.
In 1960, the business moved to the head quarter of Via Zambelli 7, next to the famous Arena. Mrs. Maria, wife of son Gianluca Cremasco, started to work for the family business and soon became one of the leading persons in the textile sector of Verona and surroundigns.
Towards the end of 70ies, the company moved on to the Z.A.I, the industrial area of Verona. In 1988 the business was further moved to Via Alpo and afterwards to Via Righi, only few metres from the highway exit Verona Sud.
